Booking Details and Terms and Conditions:

• All holiday homes are priced on a per property basis and not per person unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Euro.
  
• Additional utility charges may apply.
  
• Booking/ damage Deposit of €150-€200 per property required to guarantee booking. This is fully refundable one week after your departure providing that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition with no damages.
• All credit/debit cards are subject to a banking charge of 3%.
• Full payment must be received no later than one month before arrival date.
• Payment will not be accepted on arrival. Please make cheques, bank drafts etc payable to Westport Estates and Leasing. Credit / debit card payments can be made by telephone. No cash payments will be accepted.
• Extra fold away beds are available at a cost of €30 per week. (discounts may apply please ask at booking stage)
• Extra Cots and highchairs also available at €15 per week. (discounts may apply please ask at booking stage)
• Linens and towels are provided in all properties.
• Two or more week holiday stays are provided with fresh towels and general clean after the first week.
• Check in time is from 4 p.m. on day of arrival. Access to property cannot be guaranteed before this time.
• Check out time is strictly 11a.m. in the months of July and August. Should you require a later check out outside these months please advise in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Gift Vouchers are available for any denomination from €50 upwards.

Cancellation Policy

• Any changes to your reservation must be made as early as possible.
• In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
• 4 weeks or less before arrival deposit is non refundable.
• 2 weeks or less before arrival deposit and accommodation costs are non-refundable unless in the event the property is reserved and paid in full by another guest.

Please be assured we do all in our power to achieve a reservation on a cancelled property in order to make full refunds.
