At Westport Estates and Leasing, we respect your right to privacy on line. We value your business and hold all the information you provide us in strict confidence. At times, we will ask our clients and future clients for personal information. This information can be your name, address, phone number, email address, mortgage application information, to name a few. When you provide us with personal information it helps us help you reach your property goals.

Limits of Liability

Westport Estates and Leasing will do their best to ensure that any booking made by them will be to your satisfaction. Guests who accept bookings agree and acknowledge that Westport Estates and Leasing shall not become liable or responsible for loss, damage or injury to property or persons in connection to such holidays.

Occupation

The accommodation is for use ONLY of the party shown on the booking form. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the maximum party size stated in the property description.

Availability

The booking is made on the understanding that the accommodation will be made available by the owner to the guest on the due date, unless Westport Estates and Leasing is unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstances outside their control (e.g. damage to the property). In such an event we will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation. If either is not possible or unacceptable, all monies received will be returned and the guest will have no further claim against the owner or Westport Estates and Leasing.

Damages or Breakages

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition on departure. They are also liable for any breakages or damages at the property which occur during the period of their occupancy. Breakages are to be notified to Westport Estates and Leasing immediately. Deposits paid will be returned by post when a full check of the property has taken place. Breakages and damages declared or discovered must be paid for before departure.
